Stone Ridge is located 3 miles east of Springfield, Missouri with easy access from Hwy 65 and I44.

34 acres of solitude just outside of the city limits is an equestrian’s paradise.

Cross Country Facilities

Stone Ridge’s cross country course provides open terrain for galloping with moderate terrain. Starter Novice through Novice courses as well as a few Training level jumps. There are numerous upper level questions available to school at the lower heights.

Trakehners, Weldon’s Wall, Ditches and mound questions are available to school for starter through Preliminary levels. Future plans include a bank complex, sunken road and water complex.

The terrain does not offer the steep hills of the original Stone Ridge, but provides the opportunity to set more gallopy courses with good variation in terrain.

Marathon Schooling

Boxes, bales and spools available for introduction to marathon. Currently all obstacles are portable and are frequently moved to offer new questions. Future plans include a permanent post grid with adjustable panels, and a permanent wheel hub question. There is plenty of space for conditioning and appropriate terrain for beginners.
